Best Western Plus Sanford Airport/Lake Mary Hotel

Great hotel amazing staff! Shuttle program is really good and dependable. Very very good staff. We flew out of sanford orlando airport and this place is great. Clean, safe, value, breakfast, wifi, free parking. And most importantly a great value. Very nice room recently remodeled and nice furniture and comfy mattress!

My son and I stayed at this Best Western for 5 nights in July 2025. The facility is older and in the process of remodel and updating and results in some debris near the construction area. The lady who does the breakfast area was AMAZING and so personal which speaks volumes when you are staying for multiple nights. There was a large pot hole in front near the entrance but, the staff used a caution cone. For the price it was great. Thanks so much!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with the Best Western Plus in Sanford, Florida. From upon my arrival I was greeted with warming hospitality that included a family feel. Traveling by myself and not doing that a lot, the accommodating service really is above and beyond. They hold themselves to a certain standard and I will be staying with them anytime I am flying back home. This hotel is a guarantee! 10/10. Also the shuttle service is pristine. She is an expert communicator and made me feel very safe.

Great location so close to the Sanford airport!! My friend had a 6:10 flight so he had to be at the airport around 4:10. We left at 4:04, I got him there and was back in bed by 4:24!! The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating!! Plenty of parking with a well lighted parking lot. I'll definitely stay there again!

Great location near SFB airport with a convenient free shuttle. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a tasty breakfast with good coffee. And best of all: the customer service! We were greeted warmly at check-in and check-out, and Heather took excellent care of us on our way to the airport. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the Best Western Plus Sanford Airport/Lake Mary Hotel. The location is very convenient—only about a 6-minute drive to SFB airport, which was perfect since we had an early flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Although we missed breakfast due to our early departure, everything else about the stay was very good. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and even checked with us to see if we needed the airport shuttle, which was much appreciated. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a convenient spot overall. Would definitely stay here again.

We had our flight cancelled and needed a room quick. They had one left and were great. Shuttle back to airport was perfect. Breakfast was awesome

After getting off a cruise and facing an unexpected extra night in Florida due to our flight schedule, we were just looking for a convenient place to stay near the airport. We came across the Best Western, and let me tell you—it ended up being the best decision we could’ve made! From the moment we walked in at 9:30 AM (mind you, well before the standard check-in time of 3 PM), we were welcomed with kindness and genuine hospitality. Not only did the staff offer us drinks, but they also changed the lobby TV to a kids’ show just for our two little ones. On top of that, they brought out fruit cups and muffins for them while we waited—such a thoughtful touch! They had us checked into our room by 11:40 AM, which was a lifesaver after an early morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was sparkling and well-kept, perfect for keeping the kids entertained. What really made our stay unforgettable was the staff's incredible warmth. They went above and beyond, even helping us find something fun to do with the kids during our unexpected layover. And breakfast? Wow. The woman running it was an absolute angel—kind, attentive, and full of positive energy. She even gave us a ride to the airport when it was time to leave. I gave her the biggest hug—she truly felt like a gift to our family that day. We didn’t expect much when we booked last-minute, but we left with full hearts and a place we now plan to return to. Highly recommend this Best Western to any traveler—especially families. It’s more than a hotel. It’s a little home away from home.
